Our approach to training
Our philosophy is one of helping clients identify the most suitable training solution to meet their specific requirements. Where training is appropriate, the approach is very much one of learning by doing, by placing a great deal of emphasis on health and safety training being participative and engaging, with each delegate having the opportunity to practice the skills learned where suitable.
Our health and safety training courses can be offered to individuals or to groups either virtually, at your own premises or at one of our training venues. The courses can be modified to meet your specific criteria or delivered to recognised accredited standards.
Training courses delivered at your premises can accommodate up to 15 delegates and includes all handouts, training materials and certification.
Our health and safety training is highly participative, interactive and will be evaluated against the agreed training outcomes upon completion.

I have attended two open health and safety courses at Safety Improvements and found them to be very professional on both occasions. The trainer was excellent, he explained things clearly and made it relevant so I could relate the information to my own workplace. I sat the NEBOSH National General Certificate course with Safety Improvements and Training.
The course content was extremely thorough and well presented using various methods of teaching. The Tutor, conducted the course in a relaxed manner while getting the course content across. At no point did I doubt his ability as a professional instructor and he was able to teach the course from memory, unlike other tutors I have come across in the past who have tended to use text book methods.
