As the Director of Training Richard has responsibility for the delivery of a wide range of health and safety training courses. He not only delivers inspirational courses but has consultancy responsibilities to a wide range of business sectors.
Prior to Safety Improvements and Training Ltd he had twenty years experience working for The Automobile Association, with five as a Field Service Manager where he had an operational health and safety responsibility for frontline staff.
With extensive experience in accident investigation and prevention, Richard is able to offer practical and realistic based risk management solutions, which are balanced with customer and business demand.
Jayne Jennings
Jayne joined the team in 2010 as Accounts Administrator.
Alison Humphries
Joined the team in the latter part of 2010 as Training Administrator. Alisons role is to ensure the training process runs smoothly from the client and delegate experience.
